TWO REGISTRATION FORMS
There are two separate Registration forms, one for those staying at the Conference hotels, and one for those Commuters. This is the commuter registration form. The link to the hotel registration form is here.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AND MEAL PRICES
Conference Registration and Meals are $135.00 per day. Commuter registration price includes lunch and dinner. Please note that there are effectively no dining options within walking distance of the facility.
DEADLINES
Registrations must be completed and paid for by June 8, 2025. After June 8th, registration will be contingent on available rooms, and a late registration fee of $70.00 will be charged per registrant.
POST-CONFERENCE GENERAL COUNCIL (GC) MEETING
Meal plan for the GC Meeting (evening of Saturday 8/2 through noon 8/4), are available options within the registration. Lunch on 8/4 will not be provided as most people will have varied schedules for return travel.
CUSTOMIZING YOUR NAME ON THE CONFERENCE BADGE
As you complete the Registration form, you will be asked to supply the name of each Registrant in your group, EXACTLY as you wish them to appear on the badge(s).
VOLUNTEERS
There are a number of areas where you may volunteer to assist the Conference Planning Team. Thank you.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
There is space on the Registration form to share information about any Special Considerations that you might need.
SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE
If you need Scholarship Assistance in order to afford to attend the Conference, please fill out our Scholarship request form:
Only a few Scholarships will be available and these will be processed monthly on a first-come, first served, and case-by-case basis.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Full Conference costs can be paid at the time of Registration. Or, an Invoice can be emailed to you. The Invoice will be due on or before June 8th, 2025.
Cancellations up until June 8th, 2025, will be provided full refund, less a $70.00 processing fee.
Cancellations requested on or after June 8, 2025, will be charged a $250.00 processing fee.
No refunds will be processed after July 8th, 2025.
