Accommodations & Meals: Costs are in Canadian dollars & include 3 nights accommodation with all 12 meals & snacks. We will make delicious meals together & eat together. Just like sisters do!

There are 3 Accommodation Options:

• Option #1: Private room & all meals $325 Canadian ($250 US) per person.
• Option #2: Shared rooms/cabins & all meals: $225 Canadian ($170 US) per person.
• Option #3: Camping space & all meals: $90 Canadian ($70 US) per person.

IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING FROM OUTSIDE CANADA,

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PASSPORT TO CROSS THE BORDER!

A few travel route possibilities include:

By Air (originating from South, North & East of Vancouver Island):

• Fly to Campbell River, BC (YBL) via Victoria International Airport (YYJ) on Vancouver Island in BC.
• Upon arrival at Campbell River airport, take a cab (250-287-TAXI) to the Quadra island Ferry Terminal.
• Pay for a walk-on fare to Quadra Island. Walk on the ferry. There is a seating lounge on the upper deck of the ferry. Ride this 10-minute ferry to Quadra Island. Lu will meet you in the ferry waiting room (to your left after walking on the ramp over the water).
• Fly to Campbell River, BC (YBL) via Vancouver International Airport (YVR) in Vancouver, BC.
• Upon arrival at Campbell River airport, take a cab (250-287-TAXI) to the Quadra island Ferry Terminal.
• Pay for a walk-on fare to Quadra Island. Walk on the ferry. There is a seating lounge on the upper deck of the ferry. Ride this 10-minute ferry to Quadra Island. Lu will meet you in the ferry waiting room (to your left after walking on the ramp over the water).

By Air (originating from Canada, East of Vancouver Island)

• Consult your travel advisor. Routing through Calgary to Campbell River is an option.

By Car:

• Navigate to Nanaimo on Vancouver Island.
• You will need to take a BC Ferry from either Tsawwassen, south of Vancouver
• A lovely 2-hour ferry ride See https://www.bcferries.com/schedules/mainland/tsdp-current.php
• OR take the ferry from Horseshoe Bay, north of Vancouver
• (A stunning 1.75 hour ferry ride) https://www.bcferries.com/schedules/mainland/hbna-current.php
• Upon reaching Nanaimo drive north for 1.5 hours to Campbell River and take the 10-minute ferry to Quadra Island. Drive off the ferry & follow the road signs to Heriot Bay Inn (about 10 minutes).

Travel Tips: Travel lightly! Save your back. Don’t bring too much stuff.

Note: There is a laundry room at the Inn for guests!

Be Sure to Bring:

• Raincoat with a rain hood * Walking shoes * Warm sweater * Warm socks
• Warm pants/slacks * Casual & comfy clothes.
