THE ART OF TEACHING
This presentation provided an overview of the theme and topics to be explored at the conference. It explored teaching as an art and discussed what it means to teach creatively.

THE PURPOSE AND IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATION
We will examine education's importance from three perspectives. First, the influence of education as an institution in creating societal and cultural evolution; next, as a matter of our own perceptions of education as it has unfolded in our lives; and finally, as the extraordinary concept of mind as we seek to learn, grow, and enhance our abilities to serve others.

THE URANTIA BOOK TEACHER EDUCATION PROGRAM
In this presentation we will first look at the need and value of establishing a center for teachers, leaders, ministers, and messengers of the Urantia revelation, then glean some wisdom from the higher education system of the universe training schools. Lastly, we will share the results of what a collaborative group of veteran students of the Urantia revelation have achieved.

STRATEGIES AND TECHNIQUES
The group-learning environment is enriched when teachers use a variety of methods that engage with different learning styles. This presentation elaborates on these learning styles, suggests some elements that can enhance the learning experience, and draws parallels from learning styles to worship styles.

JESUS PURPOSE IN PERSONAL MINISTRY
In his personal work, Jesus had one overriding purpose and four underlying purposes. We will attempt to clearly understand these purposes and consider the methods the Master used to accomplish them.

HOW JESUS TAUGHT
This plenary deeply considered three elements of Jesus’ remarkable ability as a teacher: 1) His Being, 2) His Motivation, and 3) His Attitude. It explored what made him the most effective teacher ever to teach on Urantia, and, for that matter, in all of Nebadon.
